A few of us are excited to make Reuben sandwhiches with our own home-made sauerkraut. Others are not as confident; but I think we will all want to try some since it is our cabbage! Garrison did tell us a story about men on ships who used to refuse to eat sauerkraut and subsequently died of scurvy...
