Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb is a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, so are the children of one's youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them; they shall not be ashamed, but shall speak with their enemies in the gate.

Emily
Our Em is 22! How do we love her! Our beloved sister with her “indomitably” cheerful spirit, her love of Christ and finding out His ways and her gracious, eloquent words. Emily is closely treasured by us and thoroughly essential to our ventures. She is the written word of Six Arrows Farm, the warmth and effervescence of our family, and she brings color and beauty wherever her hands work. We are so blessed to have her.
Happy Birthday, Em!
We love you!

Aubrey
Aubrey - Noble, Bright
Our dear girl turned 20 not long ago! How precious she is to us...absolutely indispensable...the in-house greenhouse and horticulture expert, artist, and researcher. But more than that, Aubrey is a blessing because she works hard and does well with anything she puts her hand to. The motivation catalyst for big projects and the perceptive analyzer of ideas, far-seeing and tender is this godly young lady.
Happy Birthday!
We love you!

Garrison
Garrison - Fortified Stronghold
Garrison turned 17 last week! His perception, motivation, organizational skills, careful and practical foresight and love for vaccuming and dusting are gifts from God the Lenz family simply couldn't do without. Happy birthday Gar!
By the way...that is a real rich and delectable German Chocolate Cake with Coconut Pecan Icing that was hardly ready in time for the celebration...as is obvious by the way the warm icing is sliding down the sides of the cake. Happily, it was delicious in spite of visual deficiencies. :)

Samuel
Samuel - God Heard
Our family "baby" is a baby no longer, but a young man! Samuel turned 13 this week and we praise God for him! Sam blesses our family with a cheerful attitude, great big ideas, decisiveness, initiative, and of course that big bright smile and infectious laugh! Happy birthday Sam!

Benjamin
Benjamin - Son of My Right Hand
Our big brother Ben turned 16 this week! Not only are us girls grateful to have a "big" brother (big as in taller!), but all of us are grateful for Ben's diligence, resourcefulness, creativity, sense of humor, and of course his services to us as the family fix-it-man! Happy Birthday Ben!

Charles
Charles - Free man
Charlie turned 18 this week! Charlie is great to have around with his generosity, sensitivity, thoughtfulness, the gusto he puts into everything he does, and the strength of his arm in everything from opening that tough pickle jar to moving the pigs. Happy Birthday Charlie!
